"Good Customer Service/Bad App"
So I've order from dsw.com several times, very happy with the products and service except for the fact that last time I ordered from them my order was shipped to the wrong address (previous address) even when I changed it so many times, when I called customer service (they mention this is something the app does automatically because it was set as my primary address) they helped me updating my address even tho I could not get my shoes and a free promo, they reimbursed the money. Love their customer service but hate the app!

"SHOES ARE A GIRLS SECOND BEST FRIEND!!!"
I have been purchasing from DSW for many years. They are my Go-To Place when special occasions arise or when I just want to have a true shoe shoppers Fantasy(so many shoes!!!) The quality has always been exceptional. I am most impressed by 2 things, being a 50+ professional, it's important to look good and be comfortable. The first thing that impresses me is THE REWARDS PROGRAM. There have been times when the rewards earned were so great I bought more than 1 pair of shoes😀 it's just that phenomenal. Second, the timely shipping of merchandise and clear tracking/delivery communication. This is key to earning Trust. As a consumer, I trust Dsw to fulfill their statements of quality and delivery because they always proven they will. Thank you DSW.

"SHOES, SHOES EVERYWHERE AND THE FRIENDLIEST SALES ASSOCIATES AROUND"
I have shopped at DSW for years and have always had wonderful sales associates. There is one in particular at the DSW Store at The Renassiance Center in Altamonte Springs, FL. Her name is Cindi (sorry, don't know her last name). She always has a smile and a pleasant hello or how can I help you or let's see if we can't figure this out. She is an outstanding asset to this store. We actually have 4 stores in this area but I always go to Cindi's store, in hopes she might be working. Please don't get me wrong, the other associates are very helpful also, but, there ain't nothin or no one workin' at DSW as pleasant and knowledgeable as Cindi. She would make an excellent trainer (if she isn't already). I know nothing about her outside of DSW. All I know is SHE'S SUPER!

"Nice Shoes"
If you're looking for some affordable, stylish, and unique shoes, then check out DSW. I ordered three pair of sandals at a great price, plus I received free shipping. They are gorgeous! I've gotten loads of compliments on them. What I love most is that the styles I ordered aren't found in stores near me. Uniqueness is a plus for me. They send me discounts and coupons as well. The ONLY con is that the shipping takes a little longer than most I've ordered from to get here.

"So they gave my info to someone else"
I've ordered a few times since my initial purchase with DSW. First order was flawless, second order was returned. The size was too big, totally normal for a shoe purchase, no big deal so I called in to order the right size and initiate a return of the larger pair. The Fellow Shoe Lover sounded very out of sorts but I figured its early, maybe shes tired, and we had what I thought was a successful transaction. (Even though she did need to take my card info multiple times because she entered it in wrong repeatedly). All coupons applied, I got these $45 shoes for $13. The replacement shoes came in 2 or 3 days. Awesome!
The following is my personal experience, not an opinion formed without fact, and is in no way intended to slander or hurt the business of DSW.com.
Two days after I ordered my replacement shoes, I got an email out of nowhere with someone else's order, it said HI, (PERSON THAT IS NOT ME), YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED... To an address I've never seen before. So I called DSW right away. The lady told me "Oh, it's no big deal, this person just has the SAME EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER as you, wow! What are the odds"... What?! 20 minutes later I'm telling the management to delete all my information, as it turns out the previous worker had somehow given my information to the next caller she took, I dont understand this at all. (how does this even happen? Don't you read your info off to them if ordering over the phone? Or if online you must log in with your email, so said person would already be operating under their own account). So some employee took my order, left my info on the screen or backed back into it, then applied it to the next caller? I'm praying it wasn't malicious in any way and simply a human error. A very scary human error which puts all my personal information at risk. So now I wait to see if my bank account and financial numbers are floating around somewhere. And I still haven't been refunded for the shoe that was too big, but I was told 4-7 days so we'll see, things happen. The managment was very pleasant but I will not do business with them again, which is sad because they had (seemingly) good deals, but that is true for so many internet sites. The deals seem so good but you risk so much. I'll be much more careful with whom I order from in the future. Take all necessary steps to guard your personal information.
Update; have not been refunded it's been over a month. So I did not get a deal because in the end I had to pay for 2 pairs of shoes and I only got 1.

This is my first time ordering from DSW and it was a completely Flawless transaction. I put in an order two days ago, it arrived on my porch this morning, I couldn't be happier. I saved $10 on my first purchase for signing up for the emails and waiting about 2 or 3 days to get the coupon. I then got free shipping by signing up to be a VIP member, which doesn't have too many annoyances other than emails to alert me of deals but that's good. So I saved about $20 on my first item which is cool with me, I will absolutely do business here again.

"Great customer service experience"
I visited the Monroeville PA store on Saturday 10-17-2020. I purchased two pairs of shoes. Nicole was the young lady that assisted me at the check out counter. Very pleasant and helpful. Had a smile on her face. Willing to help me with my coupons so I could get the best value possible. A GREAT EMPLOYEE OF DSW SHOES. Thank you

"Great customer service!"
I needed to return a defective pair of boots and no longer had my invoice. They replied promptly to my email, as well as to my second, clarifying email when they didn't exactly understand what I needed. They sent me a copy of my original confirmation email and told me to take it to any store, and that it would be acceptable to effect a return. All my emails were responded to within minutes. They were great.

"Perfect"
I have been a loyal customer for the last 20 years and never had any issues. I have always enjoyed shopping in stores and online. Recently I had ordered a pair of shoes that, for some reason went missing, I never received the package. After a couple of weeks of going back and forth with the carrier to no avail, I decided to contact DSW customer service. Not expecting anything, I explained my situation, and with no questions asked, the representative said he would send me new shoes without additional charges and expedited shipping. I am awe at the excellent customer service, and I wanted to come on here and spread the word. I will continue to be a DSW loyal customer as they do take care of you.
