"Decent Shoes, Slow Checkout"
I found a decent pair of shoes that I liked, so that part was fine, but the checkout took way longer than I expected and the staff didn’t really seem that interested in helping, so I left feeling kind of mixed about the whole experience

I had a smooth time shopping on DSW.com. I’m not trying to waste my whole day hunting for shoes, so I liked that the filters actually worked and helped me find my size quickly. Checkout was easy too, which I appreciate because I get annoyed when it drags on. The pages loaded fast for me, and the shoe photos were clear enough that I felt like I knew what I was getting

My order showed up on time, which was good, but one of the pairs was the wrong color. The sizing was fine and the other shoes were what I expected, but it was still annoying having to contact customer service to sort it out. They did help, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the mix-up makes me question their quality control a bit.

I’ve ordered from dsw a few times now, and to be fair, the delivery has been solid every time. The tracking updates were clear enough, my shoes showed up on the day they said they would, and the box was in decent shape. No real hassle there. I just wish the overall experience felt a little more exciting or better put together, because even though it was reliable, I still came away feeling kind of disappointed.

"Order issue got fixed faster than I expected"
My dsw order wasn’t updating, so I reached out to customer service expecting it to turn into a whole thing. part of it was probably on me for not noticing the tracking details sooner, but the rep still handled it really nicely. They replied quickly, explained what was going on, and got everything sorted without making me jump through hoops. I was ready to be annoyed, but it actually went smoothly. I’d order from them again

"Good deals, even if I feel a little guilty"
I usually only shop on dsw when they have promo codes, but the discounts can be really good, especially when rewards stack on top. I’ve found sneakers there for less than on other sites, and checkout was quick and easy. I’m kind of loyal to a couple other shoe stores, so I always feel a little torn, but DSW keeps pulling me back with the prices. Overall, happy with it.

"Gift card worked, but the store credit was a hassle"
I used a dsw gift card online, and it went through just fine. The annoying part was checking the balance because it felt clunky. I had to type the info in a few times, and the checkout page wasn’t really clear about how much was left on the card.
The store credit was definitely more frustrating. It showed up in my account later than I expected, so I ended up contacting support just to figure out what was going on. The shoes themselves were totally fine, I just really wish the gift card and credit process was a lot smoother.

"I’ve been happy with these shoes…"
I’ve been happy with these shoes so far. They feel comfortable to wear and seem to be holding up nicely over time. If you’re looking for something easy to wear that lasts fairly well, these are worth considering.

"Points came in quick"
I earned the points faster than I expected, which was a nice little surprise. I ended up using them on a pair of shoes I’d been eyeing for a while, funny how you tell yourself you’re just browsing and then suddenly you’re checking out. Worked out well for me

I ordered from DSW and wasn’t sure if it would arrive that quickly, but it actually did. Shipping was really fast, and the tracking was easy to follow, unless I somehow just got lucky. My shoes showed up in good shape too, so overall I’m happy with the whole experience.

My order from dsw.com showed up in good shape, so credit where it’s due. The shoe box wasn’t crushed, everything inside was clean and neatly packed, and there weren’t any weird dents or ripped tape to deal with. it arrived exactly how it should, which apparently feels worth mentioning these days. No complaints on the packaging

"Refund Was Suspiciously Fast"
I had to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit right, and I was fully prepared for the usual refund black hole where your money disappears and customer service acts like it never existed. But weirdly enough, DSW processed it way faster than I expected. The refund was back in my account in a few days, no annoying back-and-forth, no mysterious extra emails, no hoops to jump through. it was so smooth it almost felt like they knew I was expecting trouble and decided to prove me wrong. Happy with the whole thing.

I have been a DSW customer for several years and recently created an online account. On November 22, I purchased a pair of GO Walk 7 shoes, having previously owned and enjoyed the same style. Although I received confirmation of payment and shipment, the shoes did not arrive the next two weeks. Upon visiting a local DSW store, I was informed that, contrary to the website's notification, the shoes were actually out of stock and had not been shipped. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this discrepancy, and only discovered it by investigating the delay myself. This experience has raised concerns about communication and customer service, as I would have been charged without receiving the product if I had not followed up. Transparency regarding order status is essential for customer trust and satisfaction.

"DSW Came Through When Everyone Else Failed Me"
I was starting to think these shoes just weren’t meant to be mine. I checked a few other sites first, and of course, they were all sold out in my size. Then I went to DSW, and there they were like a little miracle waiting for me. Found them super easily, ordered right away, and now I’m happy I didn’t give up.
